The Sandoval's

Ishmael and Rubi Sandoval are your average husband and wife who put effort in evolving, course correcting from having learned through past experiences and relationships. As a couple, they have adapted a partnership that maintains a healthy balance of complimenting each other’s growth physically and mentally. Together they have 5 children from school 7-23 years old. Because they have a busy lifestyle, it is essential for the both of them to stay accountable to a routine that requires reflecting, growth, movement, planning, which is what they teach.

In August of 2021 they were married in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico. They had a traditional Mayan Ceremony where they vowed to be spiritually guided by their ancestors and explore their culture. It was here that they revived and connected with their soul purpose to bring healing and adventure to those who cross their paths.

Eternal Youth Workshop

10am-12pm

We will be meeting at 10am to set intentions of the hike, discuss hiking precautions + guidelines. Please bring snacks, appropriate hiking shoes + clothes, water, sunblock, journal + pen. Through the workshop you will learn how to feel fun, young, and free!

Sedona Vortex Adventure

Sedona Trip - March 2023

Cathedral Rock Trail

After our morning breakfast we drove to our shuttle to Cathedral Rock. This hike was moderate and slow. We took in all the views and admired the Juniper Trees energetically growing throughout the Sedona Vortex. It was a beautiful day filled with laughter, knowledge and a letting go of an era workshop that we did up on the mountain.

We believe everything happens for a reason and this group was aligned so well. We all came together like one big happy family. Sedona provided such a safe space for us to grow together mentally, spiritually and physically. After our hike we explored both downtown and uptown of Sedona, roamed the streets and looked for fun signs from the Universe. We finished the night at a fun Mexican restaurant.

Moonlight Night Walk

For our night walk we had a manifestation motivational walk where we looked up at the night sky and came one with the Universe.

After not completely realizing it, we were standing on a hand painted labyrinth.

We all pulled out our phones as flashlights and did a walking meditation inside of it. It was a nice surprise!

Intuitive Adventure

San Luis Potosí, MX - July 2023

La Huasteca

We travelled through the Huasteca, a region within San Luis Potosi that connects several rivers, waterfalls and natural springs. We visited Puente de Dios, Cascada de Tamosopo and Cascada de Tamul throughout our 6 day road trip.

A reflection, comfort zone cleanse workshops were held at these locations.

This trip was absolutely incredible and it could not have come together if it wasn't for this magical rainforest that we were in. Through this journey we submerged ourselves in the deepest part of the jungle to reconnect with our purpose and to uncover our inner magic. Every day was filled with adventure, learning about plants and fruits, living a minimal lifestyle and focusing on our health. We came back ready to to live a life that is more authentic to us and genuine in our goal setting.

Xilitla

In this beautiful and magical subtropical city we explored Las Pozas - a surreal garden created by Edward James and we stayed at his home now turned hotel and museum.

We also visited the Castle of Health where we received a cleanse by a indigenous Shaman.
